This is timely Suraj, Thanks! BTW When it comes to writing, how do you deal with procrastination, perfectionist attitude, and fear? Are they all connected?
When it comes to writing, in my case, I don't really struggle with perfectionism and fear very much. It may be because I always keep in mind this thing: I don't have a lot of followers, so even if I write something that is crap, nobody is going to read it.
It's alright to write things that are not perfect. I don't have to be scared of people judging me or thinking that I am stupid. Because at the end of the day, I write to remember my life, I want to know what I used to think, how I used to think. I want to leave traces for myself. And I know that if I just START WRITING I'll end up with something acceptable, even if I don't, I'll do it next time.
So we just have to start, writing will happen. Free writing (writing without caring about the grammar, structure, etc.) really helps.

"giving a lesson" is what I'd pick!
Great job, Suraj!
